The Rotary Club of Sedona Red Rocks is hosting the Red Rocks Oktoberfest on October 22, 2016 from 4pm-9pm at the Posse Grounds Park in West Sedona. This traditional German celebration of the harvest season features 11+ local brewers showcasing their finest beers. Tickets to attend will cost $25 per person (or $30 at the door) and all proceeds will support the club's mission of supporting programs for local children's charities. First 1000 people through the gate get a souvenir Authentic Oktoberfest Beer mug!

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
21 and over ONLY.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Walking, biking, carpooling encouraged. Parking available at Posse Grounds, West Sedona School lots and overflow parking at Serge Wright's office at 95 Soldiers Pass Rd. FREE SHUTTLE provided by the Sedona Magic Trolley will offer pickups and dropoffs at a few places in Uptown Sedona and West Sedona. Shuttle pickup points are:

- Andante Inn (formerly Sedona Super 8)
- 95 Soldiers Pass Rd
- El Portal/Los Abrigados

What can/can't I bring to the event?
WEAPONS are not allowed - no guns, knives, nunchucks or throwing stars. Also - although we're a group that supports children's causes, this event is for adults only. Must be 21+ for entry into the event.

The Rotary Club of Sedona Red Rocks is a local group of business owners and concerned citizens that meet weekly and to dicsuss ways to help our local community. We're a hands-on group that volunteers regularly and focuses on serving the needs of young people in Sedona and the Verde Valley. Donations allow the group to continue funding countless projects and programs similar to our past projects:
Raised funds needed to build the Sedona Splash Park
Raised funds and grants to install playground equipment at West Sedona School
Red Rock High School Graduating Senior Scholarships - $2000 given to 2 local teens to further their vocational aspirations.
Ongoing support for Rainbow Acres residents - Rainbow Acres is a home for the cognitively challenged that has some residents who have outlived their families and their resources and have no access to dental care. The Rotary Club has donated more than $15,000 in services.
Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) – This 3 day camp for high school sophomores builds self-esteem, leadership skills and teamwork. More than 50 students from Sedona have participated in this program.
Sedona Teacher of the Year Program - rewards the Best Teachers in Sedona and encourages them to continue to be great role models for our youth
