Goat Yoga - Caprine Vinyasa
Led by our fantastic, certified yoga instructors, Kristina Northrup and Jess Thompson, our caprine vinyasa or goat yoga session is a relaxed form of yoga, consisting of various poses primarily at beginner level and open to yogis of every skill.During a typical goat yoga session, participants are more than welcome to pet the goats or focus on the yoga practice — but the goats are likely to make the class more challenging (and fun!) than normal by climbing on you while you’re trying to hold a pose!
What to Bring: Towel or yoga mat
Parking: Parking is available in the driveway and further down past the farm gate. Please do not park on the road.
