This is the Red Cross instructor-led Shelter Operations class. This class is to prepare San Bernardino County OES Fire Corps (CERT/ECS) personnel for Pre-Shelter Reception and SHelter Operations Compound (SHOC) Operations.

This training is being provided to all affiliated San Bernardino County volunteer programs, Sheriff's and County employees.

All participants must bring their valid CERT, ECS or County identification card.

This class is open to credentialed personnel from Affiliated Cities and Towns and outside agencies, with prior OES approval.
