RED CROSS LIFEGUARD CERTIFICATION

Blended Learning Training Course

April 6-8, ClubSport Pleasanton

Looking to get lifeguard certified but don’t have time for a week-long course?

ClubSport Pleasanton is introducing the new (2017) American Red Cross Blended Learning Lifeguard Certification program. This new “blended” course combines a 7-hour online knowledge acquisition segment with a 20-hour weekend in-person segment covering in-water, first aid, CPR and AED skills training.

This blended approach provides the same base of knowledge and skills as the traditional in-person course and trains lifeguards to act with speed and confidence in emergency situations both in and out of the water.

Summer Lifeguard Positions
Candidates who successfully complete this course will have the opportunity to apply for a summer lifeguard position at ClubSport, and as an employee may qualify for partial or full reimbursement of course fees among other benefits.
