Event Details

It's well known that diversity is sorely lacking in technical organizations and, currently, technical women leave their jobs at twice the quit rate of men. Want to learn about the latest research-based strategies for creating inclusive cultures and retaining diverse talent? We invite you to participate in a strategic conversation about inclusion and takeaway sustainable solutions to the problems.

Join NCWIT BOD member, Trish Jones, NCWIT inclusion experts and a cohort of Atlanta's top senior change leaders and technology executives including:

  • Louis Gump, SVP & General Manager Cox Media
  • Gurinder Kaur, CIO, The Coca-Cola Company
  • Danelle McCusker Rees, President Human Resources, UPS North America
  • Danielle Joiner McPherson, General Manager Reservations Technology, Data Strategy & Digital Transformation, Delta Airlines
  • Jennifer Williams, Director Global Inclusion & Diversity, Warner Media.

We’ll provide an introduction to NCWIT and it's 16,000+ diverse talent pool, as well as the chance for you to be part of NCWIT's Sit With Me campaign. Attendees will leave with NCWIT tools to lead change and implement a strategic inclusion action plan that actually works.

This event is sponsored by the National Center for Women & IT (NCWIT) at no cost to participants. Lunch will be provided. You may invite others by sharing this invitation. Space is limited. Register today!
