Description
The Connecticut Volunteer Workforce Solutions brings you a half day recruitment and retention seminar that will discuss the "lessons learned" from Phase II of our FEMA SAFER grant. This seminar will highlight first hand recruitment and retention success stories that Connecticut departments have experienced as well as provide recruitment and retention tools for all levels of the fire service. Departments are encouraged to invite their elected officials, town managers, and others to contribute to the dialogue. Breakfast and lunch will be provided.
DATE AND TIME: October 28, 2016 from 9 AM - 3 PM (Registration begins at 8.30 AM)

WHO SHOULD ATTEND: The seminar will be beneficial to all ranks! All departments in CT are welcome to attend.
This seminar is funded through a FEMA SAFER recruitment and retention grant awarded to the Connecticut Fire Chiefs Association.
