About this event

Join the Missouri Diversity Officers in Higher Education (MODOHE), the Missouri Association for Blacks in Higher Education (MABHE), and the Greater Missouri Higher Education Recruitment Consortium (Greater MO HERC) for a dialog on job seeker sentiment and what that means for higher education employers in Missouri. Building off of HERC’s 2022 Job Seeker Survey data, we will share insights from our own campuses and experiences, discuss interventions and initiatives that are responsive to job seekers needs, and explore ideas for the future of recruitment and retention.
