Adam Milligan has been working for over 15 years with software companies large and small in a wide variety of domains. After working on intellectual property licensing at the Microsoft Research Lab in Cambridge, UK, Adam joined Pivotal Labs in 2007, where he became the first Director of Mobile. He built their mobile development practice, trained and mentored technical leaders from web and widely adopted mobile services companies, and provided technical leadership to Pivotal's largest clients. Lindsay Holmes is a Sr. Brand Ambassador/Talent Acquisition Specialist at Spotify. She has been responsible for recruiting strategies around niche skill sets including Machine Learning, and attracting lead and managerial talent to Spotify, as well as strategic partnerships, evangelizing Spotify engineers, and events coordination. She and her team have been actively implementing Agile/Kanban methodology into the way they work, and have been iterating on this practice over the past ten months in an effort to redefine recruiting at Spotify. Prior to her tenure at Spotify, Lindsay worked at mobile app startup, ScrollMotion, and on the agency side at Randstad Technologies. | @LindsRecruiter
Jesse Boyes has been working on the tech side of mobile since the Palm Pilot days, heading up app development efforts for Vindigo, Reuters, and most recently as Director of Mobile Engineering at Gilt Groupe. At Gilt, he built the team from an army of one up to a dozen talented engineers, running the spectrum from apps, to mobile web, to back-end services.
