Art’s experience spans numerous verticals as diverse as financial services, music, e-commerce, publishing, fashion, and government. Daniel ChaitDaniel Chait is the CEO and co-founder of Greenhouse - recruiting software that automates and simplifies the best practices for recruiting top talent. Previously, Daniel co-founded Lab49, a global firm providing strategy, design and technology consulting, building advanced solutions for the world's leading investment banks, hedge funds and exchanges. Daniel also developed a class called "How to Make Hiring a Strength of your Company" and taught it through General Assembly and the New York Angels education series. | @dhchait

Claudia El AmraniClaudia El Amrani is Perka’s resident Talent Scout. Recently acquired by First Data—the world’s largest payment processor—as an independent subsidiary, Perka is a customer loyalty platform for businesses of all sizes. A forward-thinking, tech-savvy recruiter, Claudia has been using her passion for technology and people to build amazing technology teams across a variety of disciplines for nearly 10 years. Proudly self-educated herself, Claudia is also an ambassador and advocate for Enstitute, a growing apprenticeship program for business, technology, design and entrepreneurship. | @claudiarecruits

Adam MilliganAdam Milligan has been working for over 15 years with software companies large and small in a wide variety of domains. After working on intellectual property licensing at the Microsoft Research Lab in Cambridge, UK, Adam joined Pivotal Labs in 2007, where he became the first Director of Mobile. He built their mobile development practice, trained and mentored technical leaders from web and widely adopted mobile services companies, and provided technical leadership to Pivotal's largest clients. Among those, he was instrumental in steering Case Commons to success. Before joining Orchard, he served as the CTO of DaisyBill.  | amilligan

Lindsay HolmesLindsay Holmes is a Sr. Brand Ambassador/Talent Acquisition Specialist at Spotify. She has been responsible for recruiting strategies around niche skill sets including Machine Learning, and attracting lead and managerial talent to Spotify, as well as strategic partnerships, evangelizing Spotify engineers, and events coordination.  She and her team have been actively implementing Agile/Kanban methodology into the way they work, and have been iterating on this practice over the past ten months in an effort to redefine recruiting at Spotify. Prior to her tenure at Spotify, Lindsay worked at mobile app startup, ScrollMotion, and on the agency side at Randstad Technologies. | @LindsRecruiter

Jesse BoyesJesse Boyes has been working on the tech side of mobile since the Palm Pilot days, heading up app development efforts for Vindigo, Reuters, and most recently as Director of Mobile Engineering at Gilt Groupe. At Gilt, he built the team from an army of one up to a dozen talented engineers, running the spectrum from apps, to mobile web, to back-end services. Currently, Jesse is co-founder of a stealthy messaging startup. | @jexe
