Recruiting Great Agents

Recruiting Great Agents will help you develop the skills necessary to rock the team leader role. Through role-play – practicing what you're learning with your classmates – and real-play – making live lead generation and recruiting appointments – you will leave this class with the knowledge, skills and mindset you need to excel as a team leader and become a master recruiter. Objectives: In this two-day, action-filled course, you'll learn dynamic ways to grow your market center and change lives for the better. While in Recruiting Great Agents, you can expect to: Generate real leads and real appointments. Get on the path to interview mastery. Learn to speak the game-changing Language of Real Estate. Gain insights on using the 10 recruiting sources. Learn to leverage the 15 value propositions. Do some homework between class days. Champion market center growth with Do The Two! Leave with a detailed action plan to solidify your new level of productivity.

Audience: Team leaders, Assistant and co-team leaders, Operating principals, ALC growth chairs, Regional directors

Delivery: This course is designed to be delivered in two days, and is offered at the Regional and International level. Delivery includes numerous videos, productivity-based activities and an exciting hands-on workbook.

About our instructor: Mark Olesh

Mark Olesh, Regional Director

Mark’s real estate career took off as a Team Leader in 2003. He led the Clearwater Market Center to more than double the number of agents – a high of 210. Under his leadership the total profit in the market center grew by 4 times to nearly $400,000, including $170,000 in agent profit share. Mark enjoyed coaching many of the top agents in the market center as well.Mark Olesh

Mark has used the Keller Williams systems to develop 4 streams of passive income including a profit share tree that has paid out over six figures in income. Starting as an agent at KW in the fall of 2001 , Mark quickly capped and went to 100% commissions in his first year. After closing another million in sales the first quarter of 2003, he took the Team Leader opportunity in Clearwater. Named South Florida Regional Director in January of 2007 , Mark works with the leaders in 26 Keller Williams offices from Melbourne to Miami. Mark spent 15 years in local television and loves to teach. An emmy nominated television news and sports anchor, Mark interviewed politicos Margaret Thatcher, George W. Bush, Jack Kemp, and Gerald Ford. He also covered top sporting events including the Super Bowl , Rose Bowl , and the Daytona 500.
