Record Crate - Make It / Take It One-Day Class
Thursday, February 21, 2013 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM (CST)
Students will build a functional record crate from wood and trim scrap. Students will prep, cut, fit, and nail up the rails, cleats, and stays that constitute an authentic wooden crate. Crates can be used flat for storage or standing as an end table, bookshelf, or display. Students will receive safety guidelines and practical instruction on the chop saw, nailer, and stapler. Instructor will also discuss natural finishing options.
