Reclaim Your Creativity with Jim Readey
Are you the type of person who has ever said, “I don’t have a creative bone in my body”…? Well, if so, come join yoga and meditation teacher Jim Readey, and professional artist Gloria Najecki, and we’ll help you find it! (Trust us, that bone is in there!) In this creativity primer, we will
○ welcome our natural gift of spontaneity
○ increase our capacity to be curious
○ release the crippling effects of perfectionism
○ cultivate a sense of inner trust and clarity
Our fun and easy approach will include some gentle physical movement, guided meditation, inner-child exercises, and effortless right-brain drawing and journaling.
Come join us and, together, we’ll revisit the source of our deep knowing, and childlike innocence -- where the fire of our creativity dwells.
