Interact with inspiring speakers, attend guided sessions, and learn effective techniques to transform the new lifestyle that we have adopted. This is a four-week series with one hour session on Thursdays from 12-1 pm
Learn life-changing techniques to practice self care, handle criticism, manage stress and emotions, build sustaining relationships, get a good night's sleep, and other tips for building daily wellness routines. Seasoned speakers will share their experiences and walk us through guided techniques. RSVP for one or all sessions as your schedules permit. See you all soon.

About Chris: Chris has been practicing Heartfulness Meditation for over 25 years. As a meditation trainer, he has travelled throughout North America and Europe facilitating meditation workshops. Chris also consults with businesses on the development of relaxation and meditation programs as part of their overall health & wellness initiatives. Session 1: Dr. Hester O' Connor

About Hester: Hester received her education in Ireland and her subsequent academic training in the UK where she lived and worked for twenty-two years. Hester worked at Canterbury Christ Church University, Kent, UK for eleven years training Clinical Psychologists. Hester returned to Ireland in 2009, where she now manages a psychology department in the Irish Health Service. Hester has a keen interest in relational approaches to psychotherapy, and she runs group programs in self-compassion for staff. Hester has extensive experience in managing people and working in large, complex systems, where she believes that leading from the heart plays a critical role in achieving harmonious team work and in meeting targets.

About Kunal: Kunal, after completing his medical school training in Surat, India, moved to United States and completed his residency & fellowship training at Wright State University. In addition to providing infectious disease consultations at four different hospitals in the Dayton area, Kunal also serves as medical director of employee health for Kettering Health Network. He actively practices meditation and has done multiple presentations on meditation and wellbeing to healthcare professionals in Dayton area. He is also in process of conducting a research study assessing the impact of Heartfulness practice on stress. You are welcome to participate in this research study. I have no prior experience in meditation. Is that an issue?
These sessions are open to all. We have great material and concepts for the novice and the more experienced.
Do I need a yoga mat?
We recommend a comfortable seat and a distraction free environment. An office chair works just fine.
What time should we log in for the session?
Please login 10 minutes prior to the start of the session.
What do I need to bring to the session?
It would be great to have a journal handy for taking notes during the session.
How long is each session?
60 minutes for each session.
What if I have a question?

Are the sessions recorded?
Yes, sessions are recorded and we will send a recap to all those who register.
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to participate?
The minimum suggested age is 15 years. For children under 15 years age, we recommend relaxation and Brighter Minds exercises.
