Description
Raymond Hou, a 13 year old, from Montgomery, Alabama, started playing piano at age of five and currently studies with Ronald Shinn. He started playing violin since he was ten and currently studies with Sven Stucke. He has studied guitar for 3 years with Douglas Back. He has received a total of 37 piano awards, 4 violin awards, and 7 guitar awards in district, state, regional, and international competitions, including the First Place Award for Junior Piano in the state level of the MTNA Competition, the First Place Award for Junior Strings in the state level of the MTNA Competition, and the First Place Award for Middle School Advanced Guitar in the Troy University Guitar Festival. He has actively performed in master classes, honor recitals, and community events. His hobbies are math, swimming, and PC games.
