About this Event

This important documentary details the life and gardens of Beatrix Farrand (1872-1959), the most successful female landscape architect in early 20th century America and one of the founders of the American Society of Landscape Architects. Lynden B. Miller is a public garden designer. In 1982 she rescued and restored Central Park Conservatory Garden. She is the author of Parks, Plants and People: Beautifying the Urban Garden.
