Event Details

Real Future of Romance will look at technology's role in the human quest for love in our modern world. This evening of live journalism will include thought-provoking stories tailored for the stage, ranging from an investigative report into the workers supplying intimacy online, to a micro-documentary on the emerging world of teledildonics. The audience is encouraged to contribute content via their phones during the show in a truly novel, multi-platform experience.

With stories by Kashmir Hill, Jorge Rivas, Cleo Stiller- Farrel, Daniela Hernandez, Cara Rose DeFabio and special guest, Peabody Award-winning radio producer Lea Thau, on the extraordinary episodes of her podcast Strangers that discuss why Love Hurts.

A hosted reception for guests will follow.
