Real Estate Pre-License CRAM Course - VIRTUAL SESSION (Rachelle Bassey)

Pre-License Cram Course: $70

NO EDUCATIONAL CREDIT IS GIVEN FOR THIS PROGRAM.

The ZOOM LINK will be sent on the FRIDAY prior to the session to only those who have registered in advance

Registration closes on the Thursday prior to the session at 10PM

ZOOM Class Requirements

• NO BACKGROUNDS – Turn them OFF

• Use your First and Last Name (No Nick-Names)

• You MUST have your camera/video on the entire class; No Auditing/Listening only

• Arrive On-Time – ZOOM records login/logouts

• Break ONLY at Approved Times

• You MUST be stationary – NO moving, working, driving, passenger in a moving vehicle, biking, walking, cooking, cleaning, babysitting, etc.

• Treat this class as if you showed-up in physical classroom

PRE-LICENSE STUDENTS MAY RECEIVE UP TO 6-HOURS PER DAY OF MAKE UP CREDIT FOR TIME MISSED IN THE 75-HOUR SALESPERSONS PRE-LICENSE COURSE. 

BREAKS & LUNCH TIMES DO NOT COUNT AS INSTRUCTION TIME.

The Cram Course is a 2-day weekend prep course scheduled from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM each day, providing a comprehensive coverage of principles and practices in a fast-paced format.

You will be guided through a series of practice tests and Q&As that will assist you in passing the school final and state exams.

**Registration is Required**

It is highly recommended that you take this intensive review prior to taking the school final exam.

Refund Policy

NO REFUNDS will be issued once CRAM has started, failure to cancel on time, and/or for failure to attend.

Cancel in writing no later than Thursday at 10AM prior to the CRAM start date. Student will be responsible a cancelation fee
