Registration for the exam will close on Thursday at 10AM or when the session is full. No additional registrations will be taken.
- Mask are Required
- Arrive 15 minutes before scheduled testing time (by 9:45am)
- No Late Arrivals

- Face-Mask are Required - You will need to show beneath the mask
- Photo ID Required (Driver's License, Passport, Military ID, etc.)
- #2 Pencil - NO Mechanical Pencils
- Bring a Non-Programmable Calculator (No calculator will be available)
- No Cell Phones
- No Smart Watches
- No Book, Bags, Purses, etc.
- No Hats, Caps, Scarfs, etc.
- Bring a beverage & a small snack - nothing crunchy
**A $30.00 Exam Fee will be charged for failure to cancel or show for the Friday Exam. Registration for the Friday Exam must cancel by 10 AM in writing via email to Academy@MetroBrokers.com , the Thursday BEFORE the exam to avoid the $30.00 Exam Fee. This fee must be paid prior to any addition exam may be taken.
Schedule Your Pre-License School Exam
Pre-license students must achieve a score of 72% or greater on the Class Final Exam in order to be certified as having completed the course. Upon completion of a course and passing your Class Final Exam, the School will convey the student record of completion online to the Georgia Real Estate Commission(GREC)/AMP. Students will be able to schedule a State examination within 72 hours after the online certification by going to WWW.GoAMP.com
The Georgia Real Estate Commission (GREC) allows one (1) Retake Exam for any student who does not pass the First Class Final Exam. Any student who does not pass the Class Final Exam after taking the exam twice, and wishes to still become an agent, will be required to repeat the entire 75-hour Salesperson's Pre-license course at an additional cost.

*Class Final Exams & Retake Exams are proctored only on Fridays at Metro Brokers Academy of Real Estate, 5775-D Glenridge Drive, N.E., Atlanta GA 30328.
Note: Students attending a classroom course are required to take the class Final Exam on the Final Exam date assigned to their respective class course.
