You’ll leave with a business plan that has the exact steps needed to sell homes right now – even with the ongoing pandemic.

Now is the time to "shift" your marketing focus to your sphere, past clients, nurtures, and existing relationships by staying in better touch with timely guidance and advice.

Make no mistake - I’m going to share everything we’re doing in our real estate business to stay solvent for now and thrive when there’s a rebound in transactions.

We’re moving to virtual listing presentations, Zoom meetings, Matterport tours, virtual notaries, etc. Anything we can do to keep the consumer (and ourselves) safe.

You’ll learn how we sold 173 homes last year and what we’re doing now to adjust our strategy to (fingers crossed) maintain and grow our sales by the end of the year.
