Generation Work Practitioner Learning Community (PLC) is a collaborative network of Workforce Development professionals coming together to share best practices, challenges and peer recommendations related to career pathways programming and opportunities for young adults, 18-29 years. Meeting bi-monthly in a facilitated learning community and quarterly Professional Development events for Direct Service Staff, the PLC aims to increase coordination and improve process of the workforce development system through change in practice and recommendations to the Generation Work partners, employers and funders.

The PLC is led by Makeeda Holley from District 1199C Training and Upgrading Fund, on behalf of Generation Work Philadelphia. An Annie E. Casey Foundation Initiative.
