Session Schedule (All Sessions are virtual from 12:00–1:00 PM ET)

• Session 1: Mission Articulation & Program Design – Tuesday, September 16, 2025

• Session 2: Resource Development & Budget Planning – Tuesday, October 14, 2025

• Session 3: Administrative Readiness & Registration – Tuesday, November 18, 2025

Each virtual session includes:

✔ A 1-hour expert-led training

✔ A 1-hr individualized coaching session your organization

✔ Practical assignments you can apply right away
