If you ask most realtors their line of business, they'd say, "I'm in the business of buying and selling real estate." Even though it's a true statement, that's not the answer I give. Rather than just buying and selling real estate, I take the consultative approach. I consult with each individual during a free one-on-one sessions. The sessions helps you to understand several things including the steps you'll have to take to become a homeowner, the upfront cost associated with homeownership, and your credit worthiness.The sessions will also help you to decide if home ownership is right for you or if you should continue to rent. When your sessions are completed you'll be confident, and prepared.

The sessions are broken up into 3 parts and they are as follow:

Session I Simple Real Estate Vocabulary; Steps involved in the Home Buying process ( the very first step); People involved in the process;

Session II Upfront cost; Credit review; Downpayment/Closing cost assistance;

Session III Develop aTimeline; Goal Setting; Buyer vs. Rent;
