Has your doctor told you to watch what you eat, but you're not sure where to start? Join us to learn how to read the Nutrition Facts Label.

About this event

We'll take it slow and discuss how to use the Nutrition Facts Label to make food decisions. We'll talk about the difference between fats, sodium, sugar, and yes- even carbs! We'll also dive into the ingredients list to help you become a label detective!
