Chokri Mabkhout, Director of Foire internationale du livre de Tunis and former Rector of the Université de Manouba. Mabkhout's own debut novel, The Italian, won the International Prize for Arabic Fiction. Thierry Grillet, Directeur des affaires culturelles, Bibliothèque nationale de France, is the author of numerous books on contemporary culture. Alex Gil is Digital Scholarship Librarian at Columbia. Madeleine Dobie is Professor of French at Columbia.
