Re-Visioning Retirement
Event Information
About this event
For much of our lives, we closely link our sense of identity to our full-time work or career path. Retirement is the process of letting go of that attachment and designing a new life where work and career are not at the center. While retirement has historically been understood to be tied to age (specifically 65+), it has more recently come to represent as a process that can begin at any point, if the conditions are right.
This workshop is designed for people for whom retirement is a practical concern, whether (a) they anticipate their retirement coming soon, (b) they are in the midst of it currently, or (c) it has already happened for them but they remain unsettled by the whole experience.
