Re-Kindling Our Wellbeing: Mindfulness for the New Month. Women are invited to learn practical strategies to manage stress from Dr. Melanie S. Levine, Licensed Clinical Psychologist.

About Dr. Levine:

Dr. Melanie Levine is a licensed clinical psychologist with office locations in the Loop and Skokie. She specializes in providing evidenced-based psychotherapy for adults with mood and anxiety disorders, and medical conditions. Dr. Levine integrates Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness interventions in her work. Dr. Levine received her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of Miami and completed her internship at Denver Health Medical Center. Her post-doctoral training focused on chronic pain management, bipolar disorder, and psychosocial oncology.
