Re-imagining Public-Private Partnerships in Healthcare
Date and time
VPS Healthcare invites you to attend our stakeholder dialogue roundtable, "Re-imagining Public-Private Partnerships in Healthcare."
About this event
At VPS Healthcare, we recognize the power of cooperation to improve and protect the quality of life of the next generation by building healthy and equitable societies.
That is why we are excited to bring Burjeel House to Davos on the sidelines of the 2022 World Economic Forum, and invite you to attend our stakeholder dialogue roundtable focused on “Re-imagining Public-Private Partnerships in Healthcare” taking place on Tuesday, 24 May 2022, from 9:30-10:30 at the Burjeel House, Promenade 63 – First Floor.
Governments from both developed and developing countries are increasingly looking at Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) as a way of expanding access to higher-quality health services by leveraging capital, managerial capacity, and know-how from the private sector. Originally confined to the traditional sectors such as transport and energy, PPPs have increasingly applied to other key sectors, particularly healthcare. What remains clear today is that funding for medical innovation and hospitals in many countries remains a top priority for health officials, particularly in the shadow of the COVID-19 pandemic.
This event is part of a series of intentional dialogues at Burjeel House focused on delivering value by connecting care, scale, and community in health. During the week, VPS Healthcare will convene roundtable discussions and events at the Burjeel House, tackling topics from whole body healing, to catalyzing equitable health training, scaling impact, and advancements in medical and technological innovation.
We hope you will be able to join us for this important conversation and others throughout the week. Please inform us of your availability to attend no later than May 23, 2022.
