Description

Prepare to meet the scarier side of Springfield on the History & Mystery Tour!

Starting at the Robertson County Court House, participants will be led through the hallways as former Robertson County mayor Howard Bradley recounts the history that has played out within those four walls.

Move on to one of the most haunted buildings on the square, Burdett's Teashop, where Nelda Atchley will recount tales of footsteps stomping above when no one else was in the building and mysterious beings appearing out of thin air throughout the years.

End your tour at the history museum and hear stories of the most haunted homes in the historic district by their owners.

Bob Bell, a direct descendent of the Bell Witch family, will also be on hand to tell the story of the supernatural occurrences that shaped his family's legacy and went on to become one of the scariest haunting stories in US history.

Last but not least, there will be a dramatization of the famous Dr. John Knuckolls murder who was gunned down in Springfield that features Pamela Duke Gregory and Jon Arnold.

Tickets are on sale now for $60 per show and are sold exclusively through EventBrite. Each ticket includes a delicious dinner and gift from the history museum.
