The Women's Travel Group is cruising again! This time to France and Spain.


WHEN: October 14th, 2017 - 7 Night France and Spain Cruise (actual sailing date)

Ports of Call: Board ship in Southampton - England, Gijon & Bilbao - Spain, Cherbourg & Paris/Normandy (Le Havre) - France, Southampton, England.

RCCL has the right to alter the itinerary if conditions are warranted.

You are always welcome to stay on the ship, if you chose to skip visiting a port of call.

WE NEED A MINIMUM OF 9 CABINS, singles or doubles.

I am flying out a day or two early to spend a little time in Southampton before we hop on our ship on Saturday. Keep in mind, most international flights are evening flights and you arrive at your destination the next day. Personally, I like to arrive a day early, just in case there are issues with flights weather etc.,

Transfers are included if air is booked with RCCL. If not and a pre-hotel is booked it may be included with the hotel .


Prices are lowest rate available per category based on current promotion, rates subject to availability. Rates listed below are current rates at the time of posting, we are including them to give you an idea of what the cruise is currently pricing out at. These prices are assigned cabins, NOT guaranteed (guaranteed could be obstructed view based on where RCCL places you). With assigned cabins you determine your cabin location on the ship. If you rather the guaranteed just let us know and we can accommodate your wishes.

Prices: These prices include all port taxes and government fees on cruise.

Ocean view - Prices from: $ 1081.00 per person - based on 2 people sharing a cabin

Single rate: $2074.00

Current Promotion is $100 on-board credit PER CABIN Note: Current promotion is due to expire on 5/31/17.

The earlier you book your cabin the better choices you will have on cabin location and categories and better chances to get the group in closer proximity to one another.

ABOVE PRICING IS CRUISE ONLY, NO AIR INCLUDED - We have several choices available for airfare. GET ON BOARD FOR THIS CRUISE EARLY TO GET THE NONSTOP FLIGHTS:) Once we have a minimum of 10 people with deposits we will get group flight options.

NONSTOP FLIGHT FROM BOSTON to LONDON 6 - 7 HRS., air is pricing up at approximately $ 700.00 subject to change and availability.

Cancellation insurance for cruise and air, if air is booked with RCCL $89 - $139 per person - price depends on cabin type - we recommend adding the insurance at the time of booking to receive more coverage, travel insurance payment is due with final payment. Alternate insurance is available, inquire for more details.

Deposit for Cruise:

Deposit is due at time of reservation - For a double cabin $250/pp for cruise (due at time of reservation) refundable up until 90 Days prior to departure (7/15/17) . For a single cabin $500 (due at time of reservation) refundable up until 90 Days prior to departure (7/15/17).

Final on cruise due by 7/10/17.

Cancellation Policy on Air: Individual published airfare nonrefundable. Once a group block is confirmed we will advise on cancellation penalties.

Cancellation penalties for Cruise:

89 days to 57 days prior to sailing $250.00 per person

56 days to 29 days prior to sailing 50% of cruise cost

28 days to 15 days prior to sailing 75% of cruise cost

14 days or less – no refund

RCCL reserves the right to impose a fuel supplement on all guest if the price of west Texas intermediate fuel exceeds $65/barrel. The fuel supplement for 1st and 2nd guest will be no more than $10 per guest per day to a max of $140 per cruise. Additional guest would be no more than $5 per guest per day to a max of $75 per cruise.

Welcome aboard Independence of the Seas

Southampton's history precedes it. The area has been linked to kings, novelists and even pilgrims. Visit the Southampton Maritime Museum, the City Art Gallery or the magnificent Windsor Castle on your unforgettable journey.

The original port of the Titanic, learn about its significant role as a port for ocean liners.

DAY 2 ARRIVES 8:00 AM DEPARTS 9:00 PM (DOCKED)Port of Call: Paris/Normandy (Le Havre), France

Le Havre has been the key port in northern France for centuries. From here travel inland along the Seine to enchanting Paris or explore the sights of Normandy, from medieval villages to the beaches where Allied troops landed in 1944.

Paris and Eiffel Tower are synonymous. You'll catch glimpses of it from almost everywhere.

Home to one of the greatest art collections, including the Mona Lisa.

DAY 3 ARRIVES 8:00 AM DEPARTS 5:00 PM (DOCKED)Port of Call: Cherbourg, France

With deep roots in trade and transatlantic traffic, Cherbourg welcomes visitors to atmospheric Old Town and acclaimed maritime museum. From here you can also visit such historic Normandy sights as the city of Caen and Mont St. Michel.

La Cité de la Mer is a museum, aquarium and oceanographic center all rolled into one.

This amazing, historical monument offers many lively shows and programs.

DAY 4(CRUISING)Cruising: Cruising Whether you seek an adrenaline rush or total tranquility, our ships have it all. Try rock climbing, ice skating and surfing 200 feet above the waves. Melt away land-based stress with a spa massage, build a scrapbook of memories or simply relax poolside.

DAY 5 ARRIVES 7:00 AM DEPARTS 5:00 PM (DOCKED)Port of Call: Bilbao, Spain

Steelworks and shipyards used to define life in this Basque city. Since the 1997 opening of the Guggenheim Museum, Botxo -- as locals call it -- has become a top international destination for art and cutting-edge architecture. Shimmering titanium curves, glass and limestone create a futuristic sculptural look. Go catch the waves of Gexto and get a glimpse of a 100-year-old suspension bridge.

DAY 6 ARRIVES 7:00 AM DEPARTS 5:00 PM (DOCKED)Port of Call: Gijon, Spain

Situated on the beautiful Asturian coast, Gijón was nearly destroyed in the 14th century, then revived as a hub for colonial-era trade. Today the port is a laid-back beach destination, with seafaring heritage and historic monuments. AKA the International Bagpipe Museum. Contains bagpipes from around the world.

Delight in exceptional views of the coastline from this architectural gem.
