Who can attend RC3Students Summer Camp 2017?
Camp is for RC3Students (7th-12th grade) students who will be attending 7th-12th grade in the upcoming 2017-2018 school year.
Where is the conference held?
RC3Students Summer Camp 2017 is held on EKU’s (Eastern Kentucky University) campus. The morning/evening sessions will be held at EKU’s Center for the Arts Building.

What is the cost?
The total cost is $399 which includes: transportation there and back, three night sessions, three morning sessions, food from Eastern Kentucky’s food service, and lodging in the campus dorms.
What all does camp include?
- 9- all-you-can-eat buffet meals
- 3-night stay on Eastern Kentucky University's beautiful 892-acre campus
- Conference worship services
- After-party activities
- Free-time activities: water park, zorb balls, basketball, art competitions, rock climbing, swimming & more!
Will there be any extra fees?
No extra fees. The $399 price is all-inclusive.
Will my student need any extra money?
Extra money is optional but not necessary. The cost includes a full access buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner with international entrees, grill, deli, salad bar, and more. Some of the other options that require extra money include: Subway, Chick-Fil-A, Jump, Grille Works, The Wedge, Starbucks, and a convenience store.
What should I bring?
Bring sheets for a double size mattress, a blanket (or sleeping bag) and pillow. You should consider sunscreen, bug spray, toiletries, a bible (hard copy,) note pad, bathing suit (girls, no bare midriffs) beach towel, gym shoes & gym clothes. WHAT NOT TO BRING: Drugs (unless prescribed by a doctor), alcohol, tobacco, fireworks, firearms, and knives.
How can I pay?
You can pay online, or by cash or check at any giving station.
How can I reserve my spot?
Spots are limited so reserving your spot is recommended. You can reserve your spot by purchasing a $100 deposit ticket online or by cash or check. Deposits are non-refundable and are due by June 27th. Your remainder must be paid in full by registration on July 11th. Registration opens at 12:30.
What is registration?
Registration is on July 11th at 12:30 pm. Each student must be fully registered and paid in full before boarding the bus. A parent must be present at registration. Students must have all 4 completed forms and full payment by registration. Here are the forms:

Yes, a parent or guardian must be present at registration.
