Are there age and ID requirements to enter the event?

RāZ Norcal is an 21+ event. Please bring a valid government ID.

What are my parking options getting to the event?

In addition to street parking, there is a small paid parking lot right next to the building itself. Due to expected attendance, we strongly recommend carpooling, Lyft/Uber, or public transit!

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Your e-ticket(s) will be attached as a pdf to your order confirmation email. We just need to be able to scan the square QR code at the door -- Print via paper, screenshot, use in Apple Wallet, or download the Eventbrite app!

What forms of payment do you accept at the door?

We accept cash and all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or UnionPay). We even accept contactless payment methods like Apple Pay through your iPhone or even Apple Watch.

What is the presale refund policy?

In the event the club has reached capacity and you're unable to enter, please have RāZ Norcal Staff take down your info for a refund. Otherwise, all sales are final ^_^ (e.g. you're a no show).
