Alta Alella uses organic practices in their cellar just outside of Barcelona, and that respect for nature shows in their wines' reflections of terroir and vintage. Chefs Alex Raij and Eder Montero will prepare a four course dinner in their signature Spanish style designed specifcally for our paired Alta Alella wines. The meal should inspire a lively discussion between food, wine, and place.
