This 2-day hands-on class is designed for the raw food enthusiast who desires to consistently incorporate more fresh foods and raw-vegan recipes into their daily life — and for those looking to work professionally as a raw-vegan home chef. Don’t do things the hard way! Let us show you practical tips, easy to follow steps and recipes, and ways help you maximize the value of the many awesome raw food kitchen essentials (tools and ingredients) that are available. We will cover over 20 popular recipes and several techniques which you can turn into dozens of unique dish combinations.

Recipes Day 1: Hacked Coconuts, Almond Milk, Nourish, Coconutty, Oh My Wonka, Chia Pudding, Berry Coconut Yogurt, Mighty Thai Sauce, Bella Burgers, Onion Bread Flax Crackers, Kale Chips, Coconut Maple Chips

Recipes Days 2: Marinated Kale, Basic Chop Veggies, Key Lime Pudding, Chocolate Mousse Torte, Chocolate Truffles, Macaroons (dipped), Sesame Ginger Sauce, Walnut Crumble, Marinated Kale, Onion Cashew Cream, Lemon Tahini Dressing, Nacho Dip

We will use all these recipes to build several different dishes. All receipes are subject to change.
