Rate Setting and Customer Assistance Programs - Presentation by Elsemarie deVries Mullins, Project Director for the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill

All utilities should prepare for inevitable future capital costs in their budgets. Additionally, we will cover the topics of long term system planning and customer assistance program requirements and options in Washington State.
