Rape Aggression Defense (R.A.D.) self-defense training is offered FREE of charge by the nationally certified instructors of the CSUMB Police Department (UPD).
You must be a female CSUMB student, staff, faculty, Schoonover Park resident or live-in family member of any of the former.
The course is 12 hours in length, split into four 3 hour blocks. Participation in all four days is required. Please wear comfortable athletic clothing and closed toed shoes.
The course includes lecture, discussion and self-defense techniques suitable for women of all ages and abilities.
