About this event

This class helps parents develop the special skills and confidence necessary to care for their newborn. The educator will cover common newborn characteristics, hospital procedures, diapering, bathing, home readiness and baby calming techniques.

Also featured is a special presentation by a Rancho Springs pediatrician, with Q&A, on what you can expect while in the hospital.

Bring a doll or teddy bear.

*Only two nursing students are permitted. Students should not register as an expecting parent. Those who do will not be permitted to attend the class.

Fee: $50 per couple (Pay at the door)

Time: 6:30 p.m to 9:30 p.m.
