Frank Xu will discuss and respond to a national trend of promoting and propagating CRT in schools in San Diego County and across the country. The Californians For Equal Rights Foundation primary objectives and purposes are to defend and advance the cause of equal rights; promote civic engagement and educate citizens and community members on pertinent issues of public interest.

Mr. Xu is the recipient of the Coalition Builder of the Year award at the 2021 San Diego GOP Lincoln Reagan Dinner.
