Tim Joubert has spent his entire fire service career in the Lakes Region. Chief Joubert has had the opportunity to hold the positions of call & career firefighter, call & career fire officer, and call & career chief fire officer. During this program, he will share his thoughts, beliefs, and lessons learned from his experiences in these roles. Throughout the night, Chief Joubert hopes to generate interactive discussions focusing on fire department culture, training, current fire service trends, and leadership.
