Ramblin' Chef Dinner

Chef Brent Mitchell is bringing it back to his hometown and throwing a party showcasing his twist on traditional Irish fare using Michigan's finest ingredients. Brent has been cooking professionally going on 16 years and his style focuses on the "old" ways of preparation using very little modern technology and not over manipulating the ingredients. He is an advocate amongst the ever growing "Farm to Table" train, that practices the discipline of using seasonal, local, homegrown, organic ingredients. He sources as much as physically possible from Michigan farms, artisans, foragers, butchers, fishermen and small business's. His previous dinner event was called the "Last Harvest Dinner" hosted at the beautiful Le Fleur Decor homestead in Hadley, MI in early October of 2016. Brent created a menu utilizing the owners homegrown heirloom vegetables and herbs. The dinner brought together family, friends and strangers for an evening of great food, wine & craft beer. Brent has set his standards to keep honoring this states beautiful bounty with a hands on, no cutting corners approach. Lets Cook!
