The program provides personal and professional opportunities for young women and promotes their voice in culture, politics and the community. In 2019, hundreds of young women competed in local competitions and twenty young women representing communities in Massachusetts participated in the Miss Massachusetts Competition. Miss Taunton 2019, Lyndsey Littlefield, was selected to represent Massachusetts to compete at the 2020 Miss America Competition.

As Miss Massachusetts, she will share that message by encouraging others to volunteer and increase our Girls, Inc. program across the state. She is continuing to commit to helping girls become strong, smart, and bold.
