FAQs

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

This is an all-ages event, however we WILL be checking ID at door for alcohol consumption. No ID means no alcohol. This is also a no-smoking event.

Will I need to bring cash, or will you accept credit cards?

We will be able to accept credit cards and cash.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Limited on-site parking is available. Free shuttle transportation from nearby Miller School (1 mile away) will be provided. We do, however, highly encourage everyone to carpool--not just for this night, but always!

What is the dress code?

While this is a theater event, it's also a barn soiree! Both your tux and your flannel are equally welcome! We do, however, caution that this is a barn in a rural setting, so heels are not recommended.

What can I bring into the event?

No outside food or beverages. No pets. Blankets and lawn chairs are encouraged.

Is there nearby lodging?

Yes!

Onsite: Tops'l Farm has beautiful glamping cabins & tents, which you can reserve here: Tops'l Reservations

Le Vatout Bed & Breakfast, right up the road from the party: Le Vatout B&B.

The Waldo Theatre

Waldo Theatre, Inc. is now under the leadership of a new board of directors. We are deeply committed to the stewardship of this beautiful, historic building, which was recently added to Maine Preservation’s Most Endangered Places list. We have embarked on an ambitious and necessary fundraising campaign to restore the building and prepare for a sustainable future. As believers in the transformative power of arts, we know this vibrant theatre will serve as a cultural hub, sparking an economic and cultural renaissance in downtown Waldoboro and the Medomak Valley region.
