BODY OF SOUND is a celebration of the body as your most essential instrument…in life, in play, and in practice. This interactive rhythmic adventure includes body percussion, stepping, clapping, movement and voice. It allows discovery and freedom through creative expression that lends itself to every aspect of your life. As you tune your own instrument, you become attuned to the ensemble around you everywhere and your place within it. Alyssa DeCaro brings her 20+ years as a facilitator and has the natural ability to shape the collective field, transforming an ordinary room into an inspiring space where practice and play intertwine.
