the Reception for the Launch of the (online) Exhibition

'Rainbow Pilgrims: The Rites and Passages of LGBTQI Migrants in Britain’.

for LGBT History Month 2018.


Programme:

6pm Doors open

- 6.15pm Welcome & Speeches (including Heritage Lottery Fund, Wiener Library and Senior Rabbi Danny Rich, CEO Liberal Judaism)

- 6.30pm Multi-media Exhibition* Launch (introduced by project manager Shaan Knan):

Rainbow Pilgrims online exhibition (introduced by curator Ella Hollowood);

Rainbow Pilgrims 'behind the scenes' documentary screening (introduced by filmmaker Andrew Cummings);

& Meet the Team including photographer Susanne Hakuba, illustrator Harold Saxon, designer Lai Cuoto, audio producer Lucia Scazzocchio and our amazing volunteer team and core contributors such as DJ Scotch.

- 7:15pm Reception: schmooze and enjoy BAREFOOT WINES & non-alcoholic refreshments.

- 8pm closing

You will also receive an exclusive hard copy of our limited-edition exhibition booklet.

*The full Rainbow Pilgrims pop-up exhibition will be displayed for the first time on Thursday 22 February 2018 at the Workshop in collaboration with The Migration Museum London from 11am. Please see details via www.rainbowpilgrims.com
