Rahway's Taste of Spring is one of the largest and best attended tasting events in New Jersey. This one-night event features the culinary delights of more than 40 regional food establishments, plus tasting stations of fine wine, aperitifs and boutique beer. Live entertainment fills the evening with a festive and fun atmosphere.
