Arise: Awaking from the American Dream

The Afro-American Cultural Center and the Yale Alumni Association invite you to join us for a lecture and networking reception as we launch the festivities for our 50th Anniversary! In this talk, activist, journalist, public theologian, and Yale School of Divinity graduate, Rahiel Tesfamariam, will explore black America's complex relationship with the American dream.

Meet with Risë Nelson, Director of the Afro-American Cultural Center and Assistant Dean of Yale College, and Nicholas Roman Lewis ’93, Sr. Director Shared Interest & Identity Groups at the Yale Alumni Association, to learn how you can be involved with the “House” and participate in leadership opportunities for the Yale Black Alumni association in your area.
