Join us for a bicycle tour celebrating local farms, food, and ferments!
More information can be found on the RadTour Marquette event page. We are excited to be partnering with the Fresh Water, Fresh Voices Writing Conference at Northern Michigan University. Registration is from 10-11am at a location TBD in downtown Marquette. Coffee and breakfast bites by Peace Pie Company will be served during Check-in. Biking the farms we will stop at Belsolda Farm as well as other featured farms. Local Rockstar Chefs serving up tastings made with farm fresh ingredients at each stop. We’ll top the day off with local brews and tunes at Blackrocks Brewrey a few blocks away from the start. Want a ride T-shirt?! We are screen printing at check-in. Bring your used/recycled T-shirt and we will print on it!
Savor local food tastings at each stop, tour the farms, and enjoy a day bicycling with friends. RadTour Marquette is organized to contribute momentum to the local bicycle and food movements.
The 30-mile route is a loop starting in Marquette, ends a few blocks away at Blackrocks Brewery. It is made up of bike path, smooth gravel paths/roads, and pavement. The ride can easily be done on a road bike, cross bike, mountain bike or even your townie.
RadTours vision is to produce intimate, community-oriented bicycle events to contribute momentum to the bicycle and local food movements. These bicycle tours feature local farms, foods and the Chefs that utilize these ingredients.
