This workshop will be exploring the meaning of radical self-care and self-love and how we cultivate it in our daily lives. It is our intention that this is a safe space where questions and ideas can be explored compassionately and where everyone is given the space to express themselves, free of judgement.
As a guide, we will be considering the following themes:
- Meanings, definitions and interpretations
- The reality of daily living – applications, stories and situations
- Self-care and self-love in relationship
- Help and support available
Please note that we define this safe space as explicitly anti-sexist, anti-racist, LGBTQIA+ friendly, kink friendly, sex positive and body positive.
