About this Event

Think big and be bold to 10x the value of an account together. You will craft a vision and develop a gameplan to capture untapped revenue.

This strategy lab is about one thing: refreshing your perspective to grow your relationships and revenue with a select client. It’s about challenging yourself to find ways to double, 5X, or even 10X the value your organization delivers to your client and then capture that value in revenue growth.

Together with a colleague or team member (whom you can invite at no extra cost) you will analyze and identify the opportunities you have to 10X the value of a defined client relationship – all in service of sharpening your sales chops and setting up a strong 2021.

In this workshop, you will engage in a series of visual activities:

  • Assess how your current state business model with this client creates & delivers value.
  • Identify the strengths & weaknesses of your current state business model.
  • Describe the radical growth you propose to deliver within this relationship, including specific desired outcomes.
  • Step into your client’s world to understand their external context factors & forces that impact their business.
  • Predict your key challenges in achieving your vision and identify risks to mitigate.
  • Define your bold steps & critical next steps to achieve your vision, detailing who you need & what you need.

Your work has also become more complex since the COVID-19 pandemic began. It’s time to gain clarity, and design thinking is the way to do it.

These exercises will yield a clear, actionable gameplan—one built on empathy, vision, and mutual understanding.

How It Will Work

  • Select a client relationship you want to work on.
  • Recruit a colleague to work with, preferably someone who knows a bit about the account and can serve as your thinking partner.
  • Register on Eventbrite.
  • A week before, we'll send a short video of introductory content that will prepare you for the session & the link to the Zoom meeting.
  • On the day, we'll send a link to your private Mural virtual workspace.
  • Join us at the scheduled time for the strategy lab for 3-hours of focused creativity!
  • Consume post-event content to keep your efforts on track.
