You know you can't wait to be with your classmates in lovely San Diego spots with laughs and conversations over a long weekend. We have casual events in a range of prices so you'll find various ways to join in the fun. Our highlight will be the Saturday night banquet at the internationally-acclaimed San Diego Zoo. But we also look forward to seeing you at the Point Loma Meet and Greet, on the beach by the Hotel del Coronado, and at breakfast in San Diego's Old Town.
We have 65th Birthday shirts for you to buy to keep the memories going, and you can do that too when you purchase your event tickets. This time they're men's sizes because of ordering requirements for our relatively small numbers, but we're pretty sure you'll love them nonetheless. If need to have your shirt shipped, contact Debbie directly at email@example.com to arrange that. By the way, you'll find the shirts listed individually by size further down the list after all the event tickets.
Got a little bit of extra money and want to make a donation to the Birthday Bash funds? You'll find the "Donate" option listed in the ticket section at the bottom of the list, after the event and shirt options. Mahalo nui loa in advance! We remain deeply grateful to our generous classmates who donated to the 45th Reunion because it really did make a difference.
By the way, we hope you'll understand that we're trying something new--on-line registration with Eventbrite-- to help your unpaid classmates manage the considerable administrative work that goes with juggling all the moving parts of our four-event 65th Birthday Bash. It means you end up paying a modest administrative fee. To make registration a bit easier for the folks who want to attend more than one event, we've grouped the events into three different combinations in addition to the option you have to buy individual event tickets. You can scroll all the way down the ticket list to see the variety of tickets and shirt sizes available.
You'll notice each event (or group of events) requires you to choose whether to pay by check or bankcard. The bankcard option is 3% higher to cover the bankcard payment processing fee, similar to the fees PayPal charges, for example. After you've chosen your tickets and click the green "Checkout" button, it will take you to the payment page. In the "Payment Method" section you will see a toggle button that first shows "Credit/Debit card" but that you can toggle to show "Pay by Check" if the latter is how you're paying.
Enough of the boring stuff. Shift your thinking back to the fun we'll have togetherr in San Diego!
