Racial Profiling: History, Practices and Lessons Learned

Dr. Alex Del Carmen

The Stephenville Police Department will be hosting this Class on Friday December 16, 2016 from 9:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. at the United Co Op Training Room.

Topics covered will be:

History of Racial Profiling, Mistrust of some community members, "Thin Blue Line", Liability in Law Enforcement, Measuring Racial Profiling, Texas requirements related to Racial Profiling Reporting as well as other topics.

Dr. Del Carmen is a nationally recognized expert in Racial Profiling and Police Community Relations and will be sharing his extensive knowledge and experience on these topics.

You Must be TCOLE Certified to attend.

All participants will receive 3 Hours TCOLE Credit.
