Event description

Description

"If you don't measure it, you can't improve it" P. Drucker

A typical Groundwater Presentation is a three-hour introduction to Racial Equity.

In this lively and participatory presentation, REI organizers will use stories and data to present a perspective that racism is fundamentally structural in nature. By examining the characteristics of modern-day racial inequity, the presentation introduces participants to an analysis that most find immediately helpful and relevant.

The Groundwater Presentation dovetails with REI’s Phase 1 workshop, is recommended as an introduction or follow-up to a full two-day workshop.

Featuring expert trainers from the Racial Equity Institute.

Who should attend? Anyone with an interest in advancing equitable entrepreneurial ecosystems and racial equity, including community members and leaders, entrepreneurs, founders, academic institutions, and local government leaders.

This event is FREE to the public, but space is limited. RSVP today!

Presented by the Palm Beach County Criminal Justice Commission

Funding provided by the McArthur Foundation Safety and Justice Challenge
